Hanni Spritz Aperitif
Our fruity, sparkling summer treat!
Ingredients:
- Wine glass with ice cubes
- 4 cl Rosche Hanni – Johannisbeerlikör (Blackcurrant liqueur)
- 150 ml Wildberry lemonade
- 50 ml Sparkling wine – semi-dry or Prosecco
- Garnish with a slice of lime & mint or frozen berries

Sunrise
Summer tastes so deliciously fruity!
Ingredients:
- Ice cubes
- 4 cl Rosche Red Sun – Korn with blood orange
- 10 cl Orange juice
For the characteristic color gradient, first pour in the orange juice and then add Red Sun through a funnel.

Frozen Sunrise
Our Sunrise in a refreshing “Frozen” version.
Ingredients & Preparation:
- Place ice cubes, 4 cl of Rosche Red Sun, and 10 cl of orange juice into a blender or smoothie maker.
- Blend briefly until the ice cubes are completely crushed.
- Garnish with a slice of lime or blood orange.

Rogroni
For those who like it bitter and bold – inspired by the cult classic Negroni.
Ingredients:
- Large ice cube
- 4 cl Red Sun – Korn with blood orange
- 3 cl Hope London Dry Gin
- 1 cl Busken (Vermouth)
- Orange zest or slice
The mixing ratio can, of course, be adjusted according to taste preference. Stir well after mixing.

Espresso Martini – Korn Edition
Espresso Martini with Korn?! Not only does it look beautiful, it also tastes amazing!
Ingredients & Preparation:
- Put the ice cubes in a cocktail shaker
- Add 2 cl Haselünner Korn, 4 cl Dragoner Coffee Liquor (without Korn 6 cl Dragoner Coffee Liquor) and 2 cl cooled espresso
- Shake vigorously and strain quickly through a coarse strainer (to create foam) into a martini glass
- Garnish with 2 espresso beans

Pure refreshment – the cult drink with our gin!
Ingredients:
- Ice cubes
- 4-6 cl Rosche HOPE London Dry Gin
- 150-200 ml tonic water of your choice
- Slice of lime or lemon

Gin Basil Smash
Gin meets basil – a delight!
Ingredients & Preparation:
- Muddle 10 basil leaves with 2 cl of simple syrup or 1 tsp of raw sugar and 2 cl of freshly squeezed lemon juice in a cocktail shaker.
- Add 6 cl of Rosche HOPE London Dry Gin and a few ice cubes.
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain through a sieve into a tumbler/glass filled with ice cubes.
- Garnish with basil.

Mulled Gin
Our recipe for cozy moments in the cold season.
Ingredients & Preparation for 4 servings:
- Squeeze 4 oranges
- Add orange juice, 560 ml apple juice, 4 cinnamon sticks, 4 star anise & 8 cloves to pot
- Simmer for 10 minutes
- Add 120 ml HOPE London Dry Gin

Ingredients & Preparation:
- Muddle 4 lime wedges and 1 tsp of raw sugar directly in the tumbler/glass.
- Add 6-8 cl of Rosche Haselünner Korn and stir.
- Fill the tumbler with crushed ice.

Bitter and refreshingly fruity at the same time.
Ingredients:
- 6 cl Rosche Joe’s Best 35%
- 3 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 cl honey syrup (3 parts honey, 1 part water)
- Add to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 15 seconds
- Strain into a tumbler or glass filled with ice cubes
- Optionally garnish with a lemon wedge or zest

Turn a White Russian into a White Emsländer – naturally with Haselünner Korn instead of vodka.
Ingredients & Preparation:
- Place a large ice cube in a tumbler/glass.
- Add 4 cl Rosche Haselünner Korn and 2 cl Rosche Dragoner Coffee Liqueur and mix.
- Add a dash of whipped cream.
- Optional: Garnish with berries on a cocktail skewer.

- Juice of half a lime
- 4 cl Rosche Cranberry Liqueur
- 100 ml Prosecco or Citrus Lemonade (sweeter Version)

Joe’s Sour
Our fruity interpretation of the cocktail classic.
Ingredients & Preparation:
- 6 cl Joe’s Best 35%
- 3 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 cl simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Add to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously without ice (dry shake), then add ice cubes and shake again briefly.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a lemon or orange zest or a cocktail skewer.
